side-by-side with executives, leaders and key leadership teams as they deliver

After an early career in Boston as an associate director for continuing medical
education within the Harvard Medical School system and vice president of a
Boston educational consulting firm, she moved to San Francisco with her family
and founded a leadership development company that for14 years has been designing
and delivering leadership development experiences and executive coaching that
transform lives.
Denise received her MBA in 1984 from Boston's Simmons School of Management,
her BS with honors from Boston University in 1980, is a certified coach through
The Coaches Training Institute of San Rafael, CA, and is certified in a variety
of world-class 360 leadership, management and interpersonal assessments. Her
clients range from start-ups to industry leaders in the Fortune 500.
Denise and her work have been written about in the San Francisco Chronicle,
the San Jose Mercury News, ABCNews.com, Women.com, the Arizona Republic, the
Christian Science Monitor, the San Francisco Business Times, and Graduating
Engineer.
Denise is a dynamic speaker who has presented at a number of professional
conferences. When she‘s not working, Denise enjoys running, hiking and backpacking.
She‘s dived off cliffs and out of planes and is a tri-athlete. Denise is authoring
a book on women, power and politics in organizations that is due out in 2008.
