Executive Coaching.  Executives have unique challenges, and because of that most forms of structured coaching and leadership development opportunities do not adequately speak to the issues at their level. The avenue then is to work with an executive coach who is an experienced, objective ally who can co-create a customized coaching engagement that addresses an executive’s specific focus and who is available, by phone or in person, as often as the need arises. The result is a coaching plan with well-defined executive development, leadership, and personal goals that is just right for the executive.
