What you can expect. You can expect
to have a very clear vision of where you‘re headed next,
a roadmap to get yourself there, a six-month plan for making
sure you reach your goals and a group of women who are
holding everyone‘s feet to the fire on their commitments,
even on the days when for an ever-so-fleeting moment, some
of you think you won‘t make it. Because when you
need advice, you‘ll get it. When you‘re out of ideas, someone
will have one for you. And when you need that sounding
board for your next big challenge in life, you‘ll have
that too.
Here are the quick facts.
Your group is small so that everyone can maximize her
consultation time.
Your group meets by phone every 3 weeks (10 sessions
total) on Tuesday afternoon at 4:00 Pacific for 1 to
1.5 hours depending on group size.
Your group sessions are recorded and available on MP3
24 hours after each call.
We have a unique on-line get-acquainted process that
gets you and everyone in your group up to speed with
each there before the first meeting. That way we get
started with the meat of the program right from the first
meeting.
You‘ll have a MasterMind partner for check-ins as often
as you want for two-way support and advice.
You‘ll get one-hour of private consultation time with
the MasterMind group leader. Phone meetings can be scheduled
any time during the 6 months for a 1-hour session or
2, 30-minute sessions.
You‘ll use the Hairpin Turns® proprietary planning
process, The Road Ahead®, for mapping your future. This
process keeps you on track long after the sessions end.
Your group will have a dedicated private section on
our Hairpin Turns® web site where you‘ll regularly find
program-related material and resources, and where you
can download session MP3s.
You‘ll receive discounts on products and webinars for
up to one year after completion of a MasterMind group.

Who‘s this for? If you are at the
director level and above register for our Directors
Group. If you are a second-level manager
or a project leader/first-level manager with significant
