Programs are held at the Sedona Rouge Hotel & Spa.
Information on the Sedona Rouge, as well as car rental, van service,
and things to do in and around Sedona is emailed to you upon registration.
Arrival and Departure Times from Sedona:
Plan to arrive in Sedona by 2:00 p.m. for a 3:00 p.m. start time on Day 1. We
finish at 1:00 p.m. on Day 4. Please plan your flight out of Phoenix for no earlier
than 5:00 p.m., or out of Flagstaff no earlier than 3:00 p.m. on the final day.
