The Road Ahead is a group experience that in 90 days takes
you from thinking about what’s next in your career to developing a plan and
making it happen.
Who‘s this for? Every professional woman who wants
a plan and a roadmap for her future. No matter what your personal and career
goals are, you‘ll
be with a group of women who all have one thing in common—everyone‘s
developing plans for their next promotion, next venture, or next career focus.
What they want, and what we offer, is a roadmap and a few great traveling
companions to make sure that everyone gets to where they‘re headed.
Whether you‘ve joined to design a career roadmap for the next three to
five years, to rethink or redesign the career or role you‘re in right now,
or change your focus altogether, you‘ll be with women who are making very
smart choices about their futures.
What to expect. You can expect to have a very clear vision
of where you‘re
headed next, a roadmap to get yourself there, a one-year plan, by quarter,
for making sure you reach your goals, creative ways to get you through the
transition process so you come out on top, and a group of women who are holding
everyone‘s feet to the fire on their commitments, even on the days when
for an ever-so fleeting moment, some of you think you won‘t make it.
What’s included. Pre-work to get you ready for
the kick-off, one-day launch and half-day final session, bi-weekly group
strategy forums by phone, peer master-mind consulting, and 2.5 hours of individual
coaching with a leadership expert.
Group size is 4 to 6.
On-going groups. Our goal is to build a
community of women who continue to re-charge and reinvent their careers after
the formal program ends. For groups who continue, and most do, we set up
group calls that fit the group and its needs so that the support you started
with keeps you energized and engaged as you continue on your way.
