Whos this for? Our Leadership Strategy Forums are for women
at the senior director, director and senior manager levels who are aiming to
be very successful in their role right now, taking on a new and very visible
leadership challenge, or getting themselves ready to move up in their careers.
Whatever your focus, you wont want to miss taking part in the Leadership Strategy
Forum. At least two programs per year are for individual leaders who are
expected to be their companys next stars.
What to expect. When you attend one of
our Leadership Strategy Forums you can expect to have a leadership plan of action
that links to your professional development and business goals, a set of practices
for developing your leadership presence and personal brand, and strategies for
handling yourself successfully where strategic communication, influence, negotiation
and political know-how are required. Youll emerge as a more confident leader

Whats included. Pre-work to get you ready for the kick-off,
two-day launch, bi-weekly small-group strategy forums (total of 6) by phone,
peer master-mind consulting, optional short web-based learning modules in specific
leadership skills areas, custom leadership plan and 2.5 hours of individual coaching
with a leadership expert.
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Step II expanded report from Consulting Psychologists
Press is included. An optional 360-degree leadership practices assessment,
the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis® from Management Research Group may
be added to give a full picture of leadership strengths and challenges. Visit

On-going groups.Our
goal is to build a strong community of professional women who continue to develop
their leadership talents. For those who want to extend beyond the initial three
months, we can design a custom individual or group continuation plan that ensures
the visions and plans developed in the program continue to take shape.
Cost. $2,995. With the optional 360-degree assessment,
$3,325. When three or more women from one organization register at the
same time for the same program, the base price is $2,750 per person, a $245 savings.
